● For Job Seekers: In accordance with Article 35 of the Employment Services Act, we do NOT charge candidates any registration, placement, counseling, or service fees under any circumstances.
● For Employers: Service fees are charged strictly pursuant to government-approved standards and formal employer entrustment agreements. 3. Protection of Candidate Rights & Non-Discrimination
● Anti-Discrimination: We strictly comply with Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Employment Services Act. We do not tolerate any discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, marital status, or background.
● Privacy Protection: We never collect non-job-related sensitive personal information (such as medical checks, pregnancy plans, or personal financial records).
4. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Harassment Policy We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of workplace or recruitment-related harassment.
All reported grievances will be investigated promptly, impartially, and with strict confidentiality.

● 雇主端：本公司依政府核定之收費標準及雙方簽署之《雇主委任契約》約定收取服務費用，絕不額外加價或巧立名目。 三、 求職權益與隱私保護宣導
● 防範就業歧視：本公司嚴格遵守《就業服務法》第 5 條第 1 項，絕不因種族、階級、語言、思想、宗教、黨派、籍貫、出生地、性別、性傾向、年齡、婚姻、容貌、身心障礙等進行歧視。
● 隱私保護原則：本公司絕不要求求職者提供非屬就業所需之生理資訊（醫療檢查）、心理資訊（心理測驗/測謊）或個人生活隱私資訊（信用紀錄/犯罪紀錄/懷孕計畫）。
